AMVN Recognized as 501(c)(3) Public Charity by US Government

AMVN has been recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity organization and granted tax exemption by the US Internal Revenue Service.

501(c)(3) organizations are highly regulated entities. Strict rules apply to both the activities and the governance of these organizations. No part of the activities or the net earnings can unfairly benefit any director, officer, or any private individual. In addition, all assets are permanently dedicated to a charitable purpose.

According to the IRS: “A charitable contribution is a donation or gift to, or for the use of, a qualified organization. It is voluntary and is made without getting, or expecting to get, anything of equal value. Qualified organizations include nonprofit groups that are religious, charitable, educational, scientific, or literary in purpose, or that work to prevent cruelty to children or animals.”

Donations and gifts made to AMVN qualify as charitable donations and are tax deductible. AMVN provides receipts for all donations.
