AMVN Partners with the Hovhannes Toumanian Museum

AMVN is excited to announce the signing of a Cooperation Agreement with the Hovhannes Toumanian Museum in Yerevan. Hovhannes Toumanian is one of the most beloved Armenian authors and is known as the national poet of Armenia. The Hovhannes Toumanian Museum is a very special place full of interesting displays and exhibits that really help bring Hovhannes Toumanian to life for visitors.

AMVN cofounders Seroj and Kristina Terian met with museum Director, Ani Yeghiazaryan to discuss ways AMVN can be of service to the museum. Several exciting projects were discussed and opportunities were discovered to advance the work of the museum. One project involves translating and illustrating a new collection of the author’s tales. Another project is related to digitizing the author’s personal library (which contains 10,000 unique and significant books). Additionally, museum staff members will be joining AMVN free English and Russian language classes to improve their speaking and comprehension skills.

AMVN is honored and excited to be working with the Hovhannes Toumanian Museum. We look forward to strengthening our bond as we work together!
